akk: AKK - Schriftzug aus Blitzen (Default)
current chapter word count: 9212
amount of chapter fully tinkered: 100% (!)
meaning I give it another one or two full rereads and then it will be hurled off to [personal profile] solo for editing. :)
issues resolved: Subaru's information gathering, Mori personnel strategy, Subaru in the subway
issues of doubt: Desk sex plot prep in SeiTree; emo-boosting Subaru in PAM?
quote of the day (1): ...Su-chan...
quote of the day (2): Black leather underneath him.

unrelated side-note: I got myself an account at Jamendo.com yesterday, after realizing that a major amount of the music I'm listening now actually comes from there and I want to give feedback and help push the popularity of the artists I like by rating them. This is actually my first venture into a social network side, up until now, I was firmly rooted in social media. :)

p.s.: for those who don't know about Jamendo.com yet - it's a site where artists offer their work for streaming and download (mp3 and ogg) for free under creative commons licenses. While you won't find major label stars there, there are a lot of unknown talents covering virtually every genre of music I can think of (and I lot I never heard about). So far, I found beautiful guitar rock, ambient instrumentals, pop, and happy electro that beats every tune I ever got on CD.

p.p.s.: No, I didn't know beforehand that one of BerticoX' pieces has the same name as one of my OCs.
akk: TB!Seishiro doing karaoke (Seishiro - Karaoke)
current chapter word count: more or less unchanged. There are a couple of corrections in scribbles (that is: marked on a print out), but real life [tm] gobbled up what creative time there was. (As in: when free to work on story, author too braindead to work on story. End of story (not FM!).)

On the plus side: I hope for an extended writing session tomorrow!

And -totally unrelated- I've learned about Jamendo.com where artists not currently contracted by major labels are promoting their works by offering whole albums as mp3 (including cover and track info) under creative commons license.
Payment is voluntary (donations to the artist), participation in the community to review, etc. is voluntary, too (which is, why I actually consider it right now), and the structure of the site is actually neat - play stuff online to hear what it's like, find other works of the artist, search by tag, album, artist, DL as zip archive (directly or via torrent) and -again- legit: it's creative commons licensed! ♥
