scenes completed: job offer from Hell, Ameru spilling the beans, Rebellious Coffee Talk (though the latter two may see some more finetuning)
scenes currently written: ch'i given willingly
scene complete? nope. Structure and timing is there, but it needs a lot more details to work for anybody not having my mental image of it.
scenes in planning / fragments: local authorities intervention at office exorcism
things to be decided: Will Miyagi survive? Will the COO of Kyushu section be the liaison to local authorities or not? Will there be time for beach and/or spelunking before they are called back to Tokyo in an emergency?
overall: the plot of this chapter is finally drawing towards the final conflict.

"Seishiro studied him warily. "You've done a conscious ch'i transfer before?"
"Yes." Subaru swallowed. "And I know how to limit it, but not like this. Not… with personal involvement."
"It doesn't have to be personal," Seishiro reminded him.
Subaru put his cup down. "It will be personal," he insisted, showing the pentagram on the back of his hand. "It can't be anything else."
"Because your marks will affect it?"
"Because it's you."

You have no idea how excited I am. You are writing my favorite fanfiction of all time and I check back every once in awhile, seeing these updates is ... yay!!!!!

Btw. I plan to post the fic (and outtakes thereof) as WIPs of the Decagram on AO3, so if you want to get notifications once there's something to read (in a couple weeks; sorry...) try to get a hold of it there in addition.
