Assuming the second quote is Seishiro? I do hope so, because another round of Seishiro vs. Takamura is *always* welcome.

Yes, the 2nd quote is Seishiro, though it's not an outright round S vs. T, more a look into Seishiro's head about what he thinks of T(s work). :-)
