this one makes me drools, but on different purpose.. i hope it can be use for drawing :D

The iPad was presented yesterday in the press over here and it's certainly NOT intended for drawing. It's something like a "browsing and reading pad", like an oversized iphone of sorts, though for reading I truly prefer an electronic ink display (like the Sony has). The ipad screen is backlit, brilliant colors, but from the reading experience something like a tft - it tires the eyes.

Overall, drool-tech - yes, like the iphone and the ipod touch, but it's also a typical Apple product - non-replaceable battery, limited memory, too few connections (no USB!) and tied-close to Apple's money-guzzling stores of dubious privacy - all the reasons, why I own a Sony reader and mp3 player, a Nokia phone and Samsung laptops. ;)

However, since I like the idea of a "browsing pad", I hope other manufacturers are going to jump on the train - as happened with the smartphones and the mp3 players. Until then, I can wait. :)

yesh i hope other manufacturer jumps on soon (and adding more uses of it T_T)

Oh my Samsungs are fine, thank you for asking.
They never gave me trouble so far, my oldest one is from 2003 and it still works without any troubles, though admittedly, the main work is now done by a newer model with more power, but still... :)

i decided on Acer 4740G model, want its i5 processor
