Blog'a'Jail

Okay, this is more or less a fic, rant & quiz blog - and about as (US) political as I am (which means: I have an opinion, but I'm not US.) But if that were different, then I would be concerned:
Blogging to Jail
The distinction between "official journalist"+"freelancer" as well as the argument for "federal" vs. "state propery" really has a bit of "Animal Farm" for me. "All animals are equal, but some are more equal than others."
