the continuation of the "I want DSL from TO on my phone line"-daily soap.
You may recall that TOSH #3 (who happens to be also TOSH #5) promised to get the whole stuff to their big boss on August 24 and get the thing running...
August 29
I get a call from a TOS (TOS as in T-Online Superior instead of T-Online Service) assuring me that the order of my DSL bundle (DSL2000, flatrate, router+modem) is being carried out and that they are exceedingly sorry for all the ... (They should be. it was their email that started it all!)
TOS then proceeded to ask me if I got my parcel already. (Of course, I had not. Judged by the speed in which they deliver a cancelled order, it'll take a week at least. Of course, uncancelled orders may be faster - or slower, who knows?)
TOS repeated two times that the bundle was on its way to me. Ah ha.
Now I'm kind of waiting for the email to tell me that DSL can't be put on my phone line because there is DSL on my phone line...
Stay tuned!
