I've found this essay by Faith Belle, The Problem with Colorblindness, to be a very levelheaded and inspiring read on the matter. It explains in clear prose colorblindness at its best and worst, and the meaning of both for society.

If you followed my writings once in a while, you probably noticed that I'm one of one those entirely nitpicking persons who like to have their facts straight before starting to play with them. In this context, the conundrum of the Sumeragi Twins - specifically Subaru and Hokuto - was the most prominent detail left in limbo for quite a long time.

Once in a while you stumble across an essay of which you find you agree with it.
Seldom it is an essay about an important thing.
Even more rare are essays about ethical work.
And having it titled "I'm An Idiot..." is just priceless!
