Today, I ask this on all the media accounts I regularly use, because in #2020 silence can mean a lot worse than "really busy", and I can't stop fretting about the ppl I may never hear about again. Thank you.

*big hugs* the world is a very scary place now a days, in some ways, it's always been so dangerous, just we as a people are so much more aware of what's going on and the many atrocities that have been occurring. Though I'm sure there's even more horribleness out in the world that isn't getting media attention. and it can feel so overwhelming and feel that as a species we take 1 step forward and a 100 steps back.

Me and my loved ones are fine right now. Germany is one of the better places to be at the moment, it seems.

Actually, the main reason for this post are ppl from Brazil (mostly TBX), Italy (GR) and the US (both, actually) with whom exchanges are rare but often long and detailed. I don't have to worry about those from Spain (all are bored and very vocal on Twitter). The sad truth is that fan accounts tend to die silently.

Long time reader sounding off!

Have to admit things are quite crazy here (l live in the US near the nation’s capital). Have been joining the protests each weekend. We are trying to take every possible precaution as far as covid... but to me it’s a very important time for Americans to stand up against Trump and his ilk. Never thought I’d experience something like tear gas, I’m a bloody accountant! But here I am. Wish us luck!!
