I'm sorry for the few ppl I inconvenience with this, but frankly, the overwhelming majority of my contacts either disappeared or moved to DW, most of the communities and fandoms I followed are dead with Viewfinder's "Club Sion" and "Yamane Ayano" being the notable exception, and LJ's interface has long since become a pain in the mors even for checking the crossposts once in a blue moon.

I see... well, I really need to get into the habit of checking my friendslist on DW every once in a while! LJ really has gotten extremely quiet, but so far I just can't seem to make the move. And DW is even quieter in my case, so...

My friendslists are also quiet, but it's always been that way. However, LJ begins to feel very deserted, not only on my friendslist but also with respect to the communities. They are still there, but posts are once a year, usually along the line of "R U still there?" Stuff just no longer happens there, and the interface has become something of a facebook clone with all the hassles.
Since I moved ages ago, it's just a decision of whether or not I want to continue providing content there, and frankly, I don't see any benefit for that any more.

It looks as if fandom as a group moved to more visual oriented sites, such as Tumblr, but that doesn't work for my kind of content, so I keep with my blog, my archive, and my website. Most of my fannish contacts these days are blog-to-blog or even via facebook, no communities any longer. So there's not much of a leap for me, only a decision which interface / service I like better. And in that, DW wins hands down for me.

Frankly, I don't think anyone would have noticed, had I not made the "no more x-posting" post in the first place. I just considered it fair to give a warning/notice in case someone is still looking/waiting for fic (even though that died a long time ago for LJ).

Hope you remember me, I'm one of the fans of your X trilogy! The one who made the fanart of Sado and Yue.

Thanks for noticing (: though I always check your DW to see if you have updated your fantastic fic! (I still read the pdf) It's good knowing there's still people who write professionally in forgotten fandoms like X and the likes. Your works are always great!

Yes, your fanart has a special place in my little giftart gallery, so you don't have to remind me who you are. :)

Don't worry about the current TBX hiatus. I will definitely return to Seishiro and writing BAU; he and Subaru are far too interesting characters not to continue it. Think of the GR excursion as my vacation from the complexity of the Dekagram. As usual, I won't give definite dates, but I plan to be back at the Dekagram at my winter vacation (with lots of time to get back into TBX gears)! :)

IDK if this was intentional, but while I could see your locked stuff on LJ, I can't see it over here. (Which is also why I could never comment, not that you have that much locked stuff.) So if you want me to see your locked stuff, this is your heads-up -- if not, carry on, procedure as normal. *g*

Actually, that's one of the reasons I hate the x-posting to LJ more and more. The lock settings aren't transmitted reliable. It's not an issue with you, since you are friended there (sorry, I forgot to grant you access here, which is why you didn't see the locked posts. It should be solved now.), but it also happened with non-friends who just tracked my posts.
