completed? yes, discounting some polishing and a tiny gap to be closed.
character being decidedly less nice than last time: Ijyuin
character being decidedly not impressed by that: Subaru (he's been threatened by a pro before)
character finally being reminded of breaking if not Japanese law then at least implied trust: Akechi
fruitless research of the day: Japanese jurisdiction regarding genetic testing without consent (and info out there???)

related side-note: There are still scribbles for "Five Days Later: Subaru and Kamui", but that scene has a totally different feeling and I just didn't get my mind into it after writing the Consultation.
