Argh... You leave me even more impatient when I see these decidedly juicy quotes of the day and wish I could know more :) Glad it's progressing. One scene incomplete and then heavy tinkering :P That sounds naughty, but ever so worth waiting for.

I'll try my best for sooner, but as usual - I can't promise anything - my chapters (or stories as a whole) sometimes surprise me. ;)

If you look specifically for naughtiness, then I fear chapter 18 will be a disappointment for you. While there might be a few references to certain private details, there's just no space for any "real stuff".
However, there's one scene planned for chapter 19 (that's where the bonus quote comes from), but it's at the end of the chapter, so it might even end up in chapter 20, given how much stuff I shuffled backward from chapter 18 already.

You have not disappointed me once, neither has your writing. It was just the way you worded how you needed to tinker a bit more with the chapter before handing it over to solo that made me laugh and think that sounds naughty.

Fanfiction contains enough smut to last me a lifetime. I needn't have it specifically or go expecting it. Family Matters and its prequel align more with what I prefer in my reading. Actual substance with relationships developing abnormally normally. (Yes I realize that's oxy-moronic but how else am I to explain Seishiro and Subaru's developing actual day-to-day interaction?!)

Funny that you consider "to tinker" naughty. My image associated with "heavy tinkering" is sledgehammer, chainsaw (and probably some stuff manufactured by Caterpillar Inc.), in contrast to the finetuning with fur brush and tweezers.
Though I admit, Seishiro with an ax... *drool*

Frankly, plotless smut isn't my taste, either. I admit I like writing naughty scenes, but only if they develop through plot & events and serve a purpose. Writing just sex is boring when there are no additional parameters to be met. Which is one of the reasons I really look forward to the next main Decagram story, which will - among a lot of other things - include them making the "official joint venture" work (somehow).
