Easter week = WRITING week.
The dreaded dinner scene [tm] is finally done, after some tweaking with rainfall, and the first part (day of arrival) of chapter 0 "On Vacation" of Business As Usual is complete. It clocks in at 2654 words (plus 3 footnotes) before editing. Please don't ask when it will be posted. As before, I will post chapter for chapter, and chapter 0 covers April 29 - May 7!

The Crowne Harbor hotel – in Naha, his mind provided reluctantly. They'd arrived yesterday afternoon, just in time for a rich dinner after rest and— Subaru groaned. Rafute. He'd underestimated the local delicacy, both in deliciousness and – at least in the version Seishiro had ordered – in alcohol content. And the effect of that content on Seishiro…
…and on himself.
