chapter 19
The final scene of chapter 18 (Subaru feeding Sado to the Sakura) was a tough nut to crack. I spent almost five days rewriting 8 lines of text from scratch. It's got a slightly different feeling now, but is infinitely more clear as to what happens (and why). Continuing with chapter 19 now.
Unrelated side note: I managed to strain something near my right shoulder blade, resulting in symptoms close to a "mouse-arm". Ironically, I did so during gymnastics meant to prevent mouse-arms and other pains caused by repetitive movements. Anyway, it's getting better. For the time being, I use my Wacom graphics tablet as mouse replacement left-handed, felt awkward in the beginning, but is increasingly functional. I might even continue to do so. The pad on the left works a lot better with my desk layout...
