I just realized I named Seishiro's sons like the surviving Sakhalin huskies in the Japanese antarctic expedition of 1957, depicted in Nankyoku Tairiku, a series not even aired when I decided on the names.
However, considering his choice of "Pochi" as Subaru's nickname in phone chat, it's an oddly fitting coincidence, don't you think? :-D

Actually, the current lj kerfuffle makes me feel all warm and cozy here on DW, after all, other than in previous kerfuffles, I don't have to worry about it. The worst that can happen to me is that they break cross-posting, which would be inconvenient but not life-threatening.
