Fanfic Downloader

Finally, I've found a software for downloading large multichapter fics directly into ebook format from the archive sites holding most of my favorite fics: adultfanfiction.net, mediaminer.org and fanfiction.net. It supports a couple more sites, just check out if your favs are included.

Fanfiction Downloader (version 0.4.1) uses Calibre for creating the ebooks and is the first downloader I've come across that produces good epubs (pdf, mobi,lrf... Calibre be praised!). :-)

When you're a friend of epics, this might make reading them on your reader so much more comfortable.

Ooh, yeah, that's a handy thing for MM and AFF; rare though it is for me to go to either of those sites. For FFN though, I use Fanfiction Downloader. (Mostly because I like the way HTML files are laid out. ^_^)

I don't really like my fics in html format for the e-reader. Epubs with working table of contents are much more convenient than having the whole fic in one go. Esp. when it comes to epics of 100.000 words plus... :-)

A nice tool for dling fics into html or rtf is grabber (no idea of the link right now), too. But getting a functional ebook (toc, tags, and all) at merely entering a single link sure beats that for me.
