current chapter word count: 9494
restructured scenes: @Home lost Seishiro's part and the "coming home" bit, but will gain a more contemplative Subaru with his ferns. In addition there's another tree scene
any of that completed? not yet, but both are structured and partially written
required change: gS&M will have to be on the phone (marked, not done yet)
resulting in: no more info dumps, no more OOC thinking, a lot less boring
character feeling oddly at home among ferns: Subaru (and he should probably worry about that!)
character finally finding a comfortable place to think about Kali!Subaru: Seishiro
character who is a pest when trying to be comforting: Tree-san
character having an itch that is not Subaru: also Tree-san

I'm about to burst into another fit just imagining it. Oh you do make my imagination's day with these little tidbits.

Regarding the lol's: I'm not yet sure how (un)funny the scene will become in the end. I'm currently at the "gathering material" phase. There is some serious stuff for Seishiro to come to terms with on a personal basis and even the most obnoxious tree would want its Sakurazukamori to be stable in daily business.
But yes, Seishiro will be so not happy about its comments. ;)
