current chapter word count: 9124
less because: the last scene was moved to the epilogue (which is 2287 words now)
amount of chapter still to be tinkered: <11% (974 words or one scene [Personnel Adjustment Meeting] to be exact)
issue with that scene: clearer description of the surroundings & the time order of the characters movements at the beginning. Two introduced secondary characters either require less profile, or the tertiary characters have to become more distinct.
character no longer buying his own argument in favor of their plans for his people: Subaru
character finally confessing of sorts: Seishiro (and yes, getting that IC was hard work!)
