because the scene(s) with the Sumeragi elders and Ameru need more work (and Akiko)
because while I do want Ameru to tell them some blatant truths, having him do it the way I imagined it, is way out of character for how (and whom) I set him up to be. If he had it in him to act that way, the Sumeragi wouldn't be such a twisted mess, Subaru wouldn't be their 13th head, and Kamui wouldn't exist, which would be kind of canonically unsound.
