related side-note: this time, I'm almost 100% sure I got all of the researched issues wrong. Especially, since I found way more "how to talk shop with Westerners" text than about "what is considered proper manners without them" and whether or not there's a difference when it's not straight forward business matters but involves public state service folks. *sigh*

I don't think there's a difference in public officials are involved, in general terms.

I know most of the stuff mentioned there, but it's a nicely fluent text to read & memorize. Main problem remains to pull this off without making the scene too tedious.
